About the Author

Sumeet Singh Lamba is a Senior Marketing Professional with one of the leading telecommunications brands in India. Being a domain expert with over 13 years of experience across various multinational groups and brands, Sumeet understands consumer behaviour, motivation, and what drives conversions. With hands-on experience in attracting, acquiring, and retaining customers, Sumeet has employed his deep understanding of consumers' psyche to craft and execute hugely successful marketing campaigns.

A postgraduate in management from one of the leading B-Schools in India, Sumeet is currently pursuing a doctorate in business management.

Born a digital native, Sumeet was naturally inclined to the networked reality and become a whizz-kid at the age of 16. In the year 2000, he developed India's first meta-search engine, HumHaiIndia.com, later renamed Tazaa.com for which he was widely covered in the Indian media. Being a millennial himself and a techie at heart, he understands and relates easily to his target audience, whether in the real world or online.
